Beirut: Sheikh Akl of the Druze community, Sami Abi Al-Muna, condemned the insults directed at the Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, stating that what occurred constitutes an attack on the dignity of the nation.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Abi Al-Muna emphasized that Patriarch al-Rahi represents a national and spiritual reference, and that Bkerke holds a unifying role in Lebanese public life. Abi Al-Muna reaffirmed his full solidarity with the Patriarch, stressing his support in confronting any actions that could undermine national symbols or the principles of coexistence. He highlighted the unity of Lebanon's spiritual leadership in safeguarding the country's dignity and stability.
