Baku:Information Minister Dr. Paul Morcos met with President Joseph Aoun to discuss a development plan aimed at modernizing Télé Liban. The plan includes updated programming and enhancements in content and presentation as part of broader efforts to revamp public media institutions.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Dr. Morcos highlighted the significance of protecting media freedoms and the need for legislative updates.

He also underscored the duty of media outlets to confirm the accuracy of information and to fight against misinformation and disinformation that could pose risks to society.
