Aggression Toll Reaches 4,243 Martyrs and 12,186 Wounded

Beirut: Public Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center said on Friday that the cumulative toll of ongoing hostilities since March 2 to-date has risen to 4,243 martyrs and 12,186 injured.
