Al-ansar: Al-Ansar extended its record number of Lebanese Football Championship wins to 15, officially winning its 65th Lebanese Premier League title. This victory moved the club five points clear of runner-up Safaa, one round before the end of the league.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, this afternoon, Al-Ansar defeated Tadamon Sour 2-0 in a match played at the Fouad Chehab Sports Complex in Jounieh. This decisive win cemented Al-Ansar’s top position in the league, showcasing their dominance in the competition.
Al-Ansar will conclude the competition with a match against Safaa in the final round next Saturday at Camille Chamoun Sports City. This upcoming match will serve as a formality, as Al-Ansar has already secured the championship title.
