Beirut: Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi, during the consecration of Lebanon, the Middle East, and the diaspora to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, stated that war does not create peace, nor does it build nations or establish a future.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Al-Rahi expressed hope that ongoing negotiations would produce tangible results leading to stability and lasting peace in the region.
