Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Thursday met with Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, to discuss the latest developments in Lebanon and the region. The meeting particularly focused on the ongoing Lebanese-American-Israeli negotiations in Washington and Lebanon's stance on the talks.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the discussions also included an examination of the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Egypt. The talks underscored the importance of maintaining strong diplomatic ties and cooperation between the two nations amidst the complex regional dynamics.
