Beirut: Army Commander, General Rodolphe Haykal, met with Lebanon’s designated Ambassador to Italy, Carla Jazzar, at his office in Yarzeh. The discussions during the meeting centered on the current situation in Lebanon and the broader regional dynamics.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, General Haykal also received Colonel Joe Becker, the US Military Attach© in Lebanon, who visited as part of his farewell tour. Additionally, Alaa Demnati, the Head of Office for Jordan and Lebanon at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), visited with an accompanying delegation. The dialogue with Demnati focused on exploring potential cooperation opportunities between the ICMPD and the Lebanese army.
