Beirut: Free Patriotic Movement leader, MP Gebran Bassil, on Wednesday met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani. The meeting was also attended by political adviser Maytham Qahramani and Mansour Fadel.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussions commenced with an exchange of greetings in light of Christmas and the New Year. The primary focus of the talks was to address issues of mutual interest, which included the current developments in both Lebanon and Iran. In addition, the conversation extended to cover regional developments and their broader implications.
