Beirut: Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri received at Ain al-Tineh the Chairman of the General Civil Aviation Authority, Captain Mohammad Aziz, and Dr. Jalal Haidar, Director General and CEO of the Global Civil Aviation Forum and advisor to the Minister of Public Works and Transport. Talks focused on the future of civil aviation in Lebanon, infrastructure development plans for airports, and the sector’s vital role in boosting the national economy, promoting tourism, and strengthening ties between Lebanon’s residents and expatriates.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, later, Speaker Berri met with former Interior Minister Mohammad Fahmi to review general conditions and the latest political developments.
