Beirut:House Speaker Nabih Berri has called a joint session of parliamentary committees for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11:00 am to discuss a proposed bill.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the session will bring together the committees of Finance and Budget, Administration and Justice, Public Health, Labor and Social Affairs, and National Economy, Trade, Industry and Planning. The primary focus will be on the proposed law aimed at establishing a mandatory comprehensive primary healthcare system.
