Loubiyeh: The enemy army contacted Ali Matar, the mayor of Loubiyeh and head of the Zahrani Municipalities Union, with a request to evacuate the town's residents.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Matar disclosed that the communication was made through a direct phone call rather than electronic means. This prompted him to issue a statement alerting the town's residents about the situation, particularly highlighting the presence of displaced individuals from nearby towns who are currently residing in Loubiyeh.
