Fadlallah Advocates for Unity and Resistance to Injustice

Haret Hreik:Religious scholar Sayyed Ali Fadlallah addressed recent developments in Lebanon and the region during a dialogue at the Islamic Cultural Center.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Fadlallah emphasized that Islam rejects injustice and that confronting it requires faith in divine justice and ongoing resistance rather than surrender.

Regarding southern Lebanon, he expressed support for the Prime Minister's visit to Nabatieh and called for increased government backing for residents and a stronger state presence. He urged authorities to enhance diplomatic efforts to address destruction and attacks in the area.

Fadlallah also highlighted the importance of national unity, cautioning that issues affecting any Lebanese community impact the entire nation.

On the banking crisis, he insisted that solutions should safeguard depositors' rights, restore confidence in the banking sector, and hold accountable those responsible for the crisis.

Additionally, he advocated for organ donation as a vital humanitarian act and urged Iraqis to remain united and protect their country's security and stability following the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq.
