Beirut: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, on Wednesday receied a copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Fahad Salem Saeed Mohamed Al Kaabi, and wished him success in his new duties.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Minister Raggi welcomed the return of Emirati diplomatic representation in Lebanon to the leel of ambassador, following a period of strained relations.

Raggi also receied the Ambassador of Sri Lanka, Kapila Susantha Jayaweera, on a farewell isit, thanking him for his efforts in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, and wishing him success in his future responsibilities.
