Beirut: Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Minister, Youssef Rajji, received a call today from French Foreign Minister Jean-No«l Barrault, who expressed his country's solidarity with Lebanon and its support for the Lebanese people during this critical period.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the call was an opportunity to discuss ways to limit Israeli escalation and prevent any attempt to drag Lebanon into a war unrelated to it. Minister Rajji expressed appreciation for France's ongoing care and attention to Lebanon, thanking his French counterpart for this continued interest and Paris's constant monitoring of the situation in the country.
