Beirut: Director General of Lebanon's General Security, Major General Hassan Choucair, on Monday met in his office with UNIFIL Commander Major General Diodato Abagnera to discuss the latest field developments in southern Lebanon.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Major General Choucair also convened with the heads of the Directorate's regional offices and departments, as well as the maritime and land border posts. During this meeting, he extended his New Year's greetings and provided the officers with the necessary directives, expressing his wishes for their success in maintaining Lebanon's security.
