Accra:Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmad Hajjar received the Board of Directors of Lebanon's Mukhtars Cooperative Fund. The meeting was led by Mukhtar Ibrahim Hanna, with the presence of the fund's Director General Jalal Kabrit.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the delegation expressed gratitude to Hajjar for his efforts in promoting a decree related to the end-of-service benefits for mukhtars.

The discussions also covered matters concerning the fund, the working conditions of mukhtars, and their unresolved demands. Hajjar reiterated his dedication to addressing these concerns within the confines of the existing legal and administrative frameworks.
