Hezbollah Condemns Terrorist Attack on Worshippers in Pakistan

Beirut: Hezbollah condemned "the terrorist bombing carried out by the hands of takfiri terrorism at the Khadija al-Kubra Mosque in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, coinciding with the Friday prayers, which claimed the lives of dozens of martyrs and left a large number of wounded."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hezbollah stated that the attack highlights the persistent threat posed by the deviant takfiri ideology. The organization described this ideology as a dangerous tool used by global power brokers to incite sedition, disrupt societal harmony, and undermine security and stability. The ideology, notorious for labeling dissenters as infidels, is seen as a menace that transcends religious, gender, or ethnic boundaries, targeting anyone who stands for truth.

The party called for comprehensive cooperation among Arab and Islamic nations to combat this ideology. Hezbollah emphasized the need for joint efforts across security, intellectual, cultural, and religious domains to eradicate the ideology and remove its proponents from societies and countries.

Hezbollah also extended condolences to the families of the victims, prayed for the martyrs' mercy and the wounded's quick recovery, and expressed wishes for security and peace for the people of Pakistan.
