Beirut: Industry Minister Joe Issa El Khoury recently met with Mohammad Nassereddine, head of the Russian-Lebanese Cooperation Office "Roslivan" and the Center for International Cooperation with Middle East and North African Countries (CIEC-MENA). He was accompanied by Mireille Malki, Director of Legal and Administrative Affairs, to discuss economic and investment matters.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Nassereddine extended an invitation to Issa El Khoury to participate in the Lebanese-Russian Economic and Investment Forum "Beirut 2." The event is scheduled for October 6 and 7, 2026, in Beirut and will be held under the patronage of Economy and Trade Minister Amer Bisat.

Issa El Khoury expressed his approval of the forum and associated economic and investment initiatives. He emphasized the importance of these efforts in fostering cooperation and bolstering Lebanon's economy in the current climate.
