Beirut: Minister of Information, Attorney Dr. Paul Morcos, held a series of meetings at his office, engaging with important delegations to discuss issues of national significance and strategic collaborations.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Dr. Morcos first met with Emilie Wahab Harb, the Managing Director of L’Or©al Liban, and Samira Frangieh, the company’s Director of Communications and Public Affairs. The discussions focused on L’Or©al’s initiatives in Lebanon, particularly those empowering women through programs like Women for Science, and efforts to support women’s skills and entrepreneurship. They also explored the state of public media and potential areas for cooperation between the ministry and L’Or©al. The delegation extended an invitation to Dr. Morcos to partake in the company’s future activities.
In another meeting, Minister Morcos welcomed a delegation from Rafik Hariri University, led by the university’s president, Dr. Said Ladki. The visit was a courtesy call during which the delegation invited the Minister to attend the inauguration of the University Partnership Office and the National Council of Advisors, alongside the university’s graduation ceremony.
Additionally, Dr. Morcos engaged with a delegation from the Bank Employees Union, headed by Union President George Hajj. The discussions with the union centered around various pertinent issues affecting bank employees and the financial sector at large.
