Beirut:Interior and Municipalities Minister, Ahmad Al-Hajjar, held a meeting on Saturday with YASA Road Safety Association President Ziad Akl and a delegation to address road safety conditions. The discussions aimed at enhancing public awareness and reducing traffic accidents.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting also covered efforts to bolster coordination between the ministry and relevant parties to promote safe driving and ensure compliance with traffic laws.

In addition to the meeting with YASA, Minister Al-Hajjar met with Beirut Makassed Association President Diana Tabbara to deliberate on the organization's ongoing activities and future objectives. In a separate engagement, he also received Court of Audit President, Judge Mohammad Badran, to discuss the strengthening of cooperation and coordination between their respective institutions.
