The press office of Judge Tarek Bitar on Monday denied that the lead investigator in the por blast probe had visited Baabda presidential palace.

“Some media means and websites disseminated claiming that the judicial investigator had visited the presidential palace several times and met with political and security officials. This news is completely false, and the judicial investigator calls upon media institutions for accuracy,” Bitar’s press office said in a statement.
