Beirut: Progressive Socialist Party leader Taymour Jumblatt took to his platform “X” page to address the ongoing conflict, emphasizing the need for Lebanon to avoid a new cycle of violence, destruction, and displacement. Jumblatt highlighted the necessity for the state to prepare for all potential scenarios amid the current situation.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Jumblatt condemned the attacks, particularly those targeting the Gulf states. He expressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Furthermore, he advocated for a return to dialogue, citing it as the safest path to achieving solutions.
