Beirut:Kataeb Party leader, MP Samy Gemayel, held a meeting with Swedish Ambassador to Lebanon, Tomas Brundin, at the Kataeb's central house in Saifi. The discussions focused on the political situation in Lebanon and regional developments impacting stability in the area.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting also addressed Lebanese-Swedish relations, exploring ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries. The discussions highlighted the challenges facing Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of supporting the country's stability and institutions.

The meeting was attended by Marwan Abdullah, Head of Kataeb Party's Foreign Relations Department, and department member Maurice Bou Zerdan. The discussions underscored the significance of communication and dialogue between Lebanon and friendly countries, aiming to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
