Beirut: The Lebanese Army on Tuesday said specialised military units are carrying out an engineering survey in the town of Zawtar al-Gharbiyeh in the Nabatieh district, while operational units have been deployed throughout the town and its outskirts.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the engineering survey is part of a broader effort to assess and address specific needs within the region. The presence of operational units aims to ensure the safety and security of both the military personnel conducting the survey and the residents of the town.
