Hermel: A Lebanese Army soldier was injured by gunfire originating from the Syrian side at a Lebanese Army post in the Qasr-Hermel area. The soldier sustained a moderate injury in the incident.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Army Command- Guidance Directorate issued a statement detailing the event. The personnel at the affected post responded by returning fire towards the sources of the gunfire.
