Baabda: Minister of Administrative Development, Fadi Makki, on Monday briefed President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, at Baabda Palace on the ‘Rebuilding State Institutions 2030’ project, aimed at modernizing Lebanon’s public administration and establishing a new social contract between the state and its citizens.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Makki explained that the plan seeks to restore trust in state institutions by making them efficient and transparent, with the citizen at the center of service. The reform path will unfold in three phases: the first ending in early October, the second by year’s end, and the final phase culminating in full transformation by 2030.
