Beirut: Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salameh, received an official invitation for the Ministry’s participation in the 2026 Jerash Festival.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, this invitation was presented to him during a meeting at his office in the National Library of Sanayeh with the festival’s Executive Director, Ayman Samawi. Samawi stated after the meeting that he had the honor of meeting with the Minister of Culture, Ghassan Salameh, expressing deep respect and appreciation. Samawi presented Salameh with an official invitation to attend the 2026 Jerash Festival, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to discuss the Ministry of Culture’s participation in the festival, ensuring that Lebanon continues to live up to the prestigious and internationally renowned event it consistently represents.
