Tel Aviv: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced the start of talks on the second phase of the truce on Monday in Washington, according to “Sky News Arabia”.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Netanyahu’s office stated that the prime minister had a conversation on Saturday evening with the US president’s special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff. The discussion concluded with an agreement to initiate negotiations on the second phase of the hostage deal during their upcoming meeting in Washington next Monday.
