Parliamentary Commission Session Postponed to Next Week, Confirms Makari

Beirut: The joint parliamentary commission session was postponed due to a lack of quorum on Thursday. Deputy House Speaker Farid Makari announced that the session is rescheduled for the upcoming Tuesday to address and vote on several pending issues that remain contentious.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the decision to postpone was necessary to ensure that all divisive matters could be adequately addressed with full parliamentary participation. The delay allows additional time for members to prepare for the critical votes that will take place in the rescheduled session.
