Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam on Tuesday strongly condemned in a statement "the attacks against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which targeted civilian and economic facilities and injured dozens, including women and children."
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Premier Salam affirmed "Lebanon's full solidarity with the Kingdom, its leadership and people, and its standing by its side in confronting any attack on its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents." Premier Salam also affirmed "its right to take the necessary measures to defend its territory and people and safeguard its security and sovereignty."
Salam said: "Targeting civilians and vital economic facilities not only threatens the Kingdom's security and stability, but also undermine stability across the entire region."
