Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, on Wednesday received at the Grand Serail Syrian charg© d’affaires in Lebanon Iyad al-Hazzaa, in the presence of Deputy PM Tarek Mitri. The meeting focused on discussing the practical steps necessary to implement the outcomes of Salam’s recent visit to Damascus. Both parties emphasized the importance of addressing shared interests between Lebanon and Syria.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and ensuring the progress of cooperative initiatives agreed upon during Salam’s visit to Syria. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to work closely on mutual areas of interest, reflecting a collaborative approach towards regional stability and economic development.
