Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam met with Blerta Aliko, the UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon, to discuss the ongoing collaboration between the United Nations Development Programme and the Lebanese government. The meeting focused on the projects currently being implemented and the support extended by UNDP to the council of ministers' presidency and various ministries.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Aliko emphasized the technical support UNDP is prepared to offer in the near future. She also expressed UNDP's willingness to conduct necessary studies related to reconstruction efforts, aligning with the priorities of the Lebanese government. This engagement underscores UNDP's commitment to facilitating Lebanon's development goals and addressing reconstruction needs.
