Beirut: Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, met with President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, at Baabda Palace to discuss recent developments on the Lebanese and regional fronts, as well as the upcoming round of negotiations in Washington.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Ambassador Moussa expressed that Egypt supports Lebanon's state approach and welcomed the recent US-Iran agreement. He expressed hope that this agreement will help to strengthen stability both in Lebanon and the broader region.
