Beirut: Prime Minister, Dr. Nawaf Salam, issued an administrative memorandum stipulating the closure of all public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026, marking the occasion of Christmas and New Year.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the memorandum also includes the closure of all public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. This closure is to mark the occasion of Christmas for Armenian Orthodox sects.
