Nabatieh: A Lebanese Red Cross team from its Nabatieh center carried out a humanitarian operation to evacuate 68-year-old Jamal Bitar from his home near the Ali Al-Taher area on the outskirts of Nabatieh.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Bitar had been trapped alone in his home after its surroundings were subjected to two Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling, leaving him with dwindling supplies of water and food. He was evacuated from Nabatieh and handed over to his family.

Separately, Israeli forces carried out a large explosion in the town of Taybeh, while an Israeli drone dropped a sound bomb on the outskirts of Kafra in the Bint Jbeil district.
