Beirut: Israeli enemy warplanes on Wednesday carried out a series of airstrikes across southern Lebanon, targeting Ansariyeh twice, alongside Daoudiyeh farm, Kawthariyet al-Siyad, Ghassaniyeh, Saksakiyeh, Khirbet Silem, Bazouriyeh, Mansouri and the Kfarjouz area of Nabatieh. A drone strike hit a vehicle on the Hdaya road between Wadi Jilo and Tyre Debba, with fatalities reported as emergency teams transferred the victims. Civil defence teams also recovered two bodies from a separate drone strike on the Zawtar al-Sharqiya-Mifdoun road.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, strikes on Bazouriyeh and Kfarjouz caused extensive destruction to homes, roads and infrastructure, including the destruction of a residential and commercial building in Kfarjouz. Israeli forces also carried out demolitions in Alma al-Shaab and Tyre Harfa, while artillery and phosphorus shelling targeted Majdal Zoun, Buyout al-Siyad and Mansouri.
In Jezzine district, an airstrike hit the town's Husseiniyeh in Rihan.
