Beirut: Seven members of the Lebanese army were injured in a traffic accident that occurred between vehicles on their way from Al-Sawana to Wadi Al-Hujayr to be deployed in Taloussa, Rab Thalathin, and Bani Hayyan, south Lebanon.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the incident involved multiple vehicles carrying army personnel who were en route to their deployment locations. The accident took place as they were traveling from Al-Sawana, heading towards strategic positions in the southern region of the country.
The injured personnel received immediate medical attention following the accident. The authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the collision to ensure the safety of military convoys in the future. The Lebanese army is continuing its operations in the designated areas despite the incident.
