Beirut: Sheikh Akl of the Unitarian Druze Community, Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna, welcomed Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alaa Moussa, at the Druze Dar El-Taefa in Verdun. The meeting focused on the general situation in Lebanon and the region, ongoing negotiations, and other pertinent issues.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Ambassador Moussa, after the meeting, stated that the discussion included the upcoming spiritual summit that Dar El-Taefa will host next month. Sheikh Abi Muna briefed the ambassador on the themes of the summit. Ambassador Moussa commended the initiative, emphasizing Lebanon's urgent need for such steps. The conversation also covered the current regional situation.

Separately, Sheikh Abi Muna met with Lawyer Elie Mahfouz, head of the "Change Movement," and a delegation from the Movement's leadership. The discussion reportedly touched on a variety of general issues.
