Tyre: Residents returning to southern Lebanon, particularly towns south of the Litani River, are coming back to scenes of heavy devastation. Convoys of returnees were still heading south as of Saturday.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, civil defense teams and the Lebanese Armed Forces are working to manage traffic and reopen roads blocked by destruction. Authorities are also distributing leaflets warning residents about landmines and cluster munitions.
