Washington: US President Donald Trump called for “allowing journalists into the Gaza Strip to monitor the humanitarian situation there.” He stressed that he would like to “see journalists enter the Gaza Strip to monitor humanitarian efforts,” according to Sky News Arabia.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Trump told reporters in the Oval Office: “I would love to see that happen. Certainly…I would very much approve of journalists going. It’s a very dangerous situation, as you know, if you’re journalists, but I would love to see that happen.”
