Balikesir: A 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck the Sundarci district of Balikesir Province in western Turkey on Sunday, according to the Turkish Disaster Management Agency.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the earthquake was felt in several cities in the west of the country, including Istanbul and Izmir. However, there have been no reports of damage or casualties so far, as confirmed by Turkish authorities.
