Tyre: Six soldiers lost their lives, and others were injured following an explosion during an inspection of a weapons depot in Wadi Zebqin, Tyre. The incident occurred as an army unit was in the process of dismantling the depot’s contents.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the Army Command’s Orientation Directorate released a statement confirming the explosion and the resulting casualties. The statement highlighted that an investigation is currently underway to ascertain the cause of the explosion.
