Fuel Prices Drop in Lebanon Amid Rising Gas Cylinder Costs

Beirut: The prices for 95- and 98-octane gasoline in Lebanon have decreased by LL12,000 per tank, while diesel prices have seen a reduction of LL24,000. Despite this relief in fuel prices, the cost of a domestic gas cylinder has increased by LL30,000.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the latest pricing adjustments set the new rates at LL2,402,000 for 95-octane gasoline and LL2,420,000 for 98-octane gasoline. Diesel is now priced at LL2,185,000. Meanwhile, the cost for a gas cylinder has risen to LL1,157,000, reflecting the increase in household energy expenses amidst the changing fuel price landscape.
