Beirut: Israeli army spokesman, Avichay Adraee, on Thursday announced that an urgent warning will shortly be issued to residents of southern Lebanon, as the Israeli military prepares to launch imminent strikes against Hezbollah military infrastructure across the area. Adraee specifically urged residents of buildings marked in red on attached maps, and neighboring structures, in the villages of Meiss al-Jabal, Kfar Tibnit, and Debbine, to evacuate immediately and move at least 500 meters away from the targeted sites.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the warning aims to preemptively safeguard civilian lives by providing sufficient notice to evacuate high-risk zones. The directive underscores the escalating tensions between Israeli forces and Hezbollah, with the Israeli military identifying specific Hezbollah military targets within these Lebanese villages. The situation remains tense as regional and international stakeholders closely monitor developments in the area.
