Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam chaired a meeting dedicated to following up on efforts for return and recovery in southern Lebanon. The meeting was attended by Head of the South Council Hashem Haidar, Secretary-General of the Higher Relief Council Brigadier General Bassam Nabulsi, and Head of the Central Operations Room at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Zahi Shaheen.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting focused on strategies to facilitate the return of displaced individuals and the reconstruction of infrastructure in the affected regions. Discussions included progress reports on ongoing projects and plans to expedite recovery efforts in the region. The meeting emphasized the importance of cooperation among various governmental agencies to ensure the efficient implementation of recovery initiatives.
