Beirut: Cassation Public Prosecutor Judge Mohammad Saab met with Beirut Port blast judicial investigator Judge Tarek Bitar to hand over the Public Prosecution's substantive opinion on the investigation.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the 270-page submission, prepared by Saab, sets out the Cassation Public Prosecution's requests and position regarding the investigations conducted into the Beirut Port explosion case.
