Beirut: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, on Tuesday received in his office Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Khemissi Arif, who is beginning his new diplomatic mission in the country. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the bilateral relations between Algeria and Lebanon and explore ways to further strengthen them across various fields.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Raggi also welcomed Sri Lankan Ambassador to Lebanon, Anura Withanage, on an acquaintance visit as he assumes his diplomatic mission in the country. Minister Raggi expressed his wishes for success to the newly appointed Ambassador in his new duties.

Raggi later received Swedish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jessica Sv¤rdstr¶m, on a farewell visit as she concludes her diplomatic mission in the country. Minister Raggi conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing Ambassador for success in her future endeavors.
