Beirut: The Army Command’s Orientation Directorate issued today the following statement “Amidst the exceptional challenges facing Lebanon at this time, particularly the continued Israeli aggression and violations of national sovereignty, alongside the delicate security situation, individual calls have emerged on social media for carrying out protests, and fabricated videos have been circulated to incite tension among citizens. The Army Command warns citizens against endangering the country’s security through reckless actions.”

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the statement further stressed that while the army respects the freedom of peaceful expression, it will not tolerate any breach of security, violation of civil peace, blocking of roads, or encroachment on public and private property. The Army Command emphasized the importance of maintaining order and preventing actions that could destabilize the security environment.

The statement called for all citizens and parties to act responsibly and to prioritize national interests during this challenging period. It highlighted the importance of unity and solidarity as essential in overcoming the risks currently threatening the country.
