Sidon: MP Abdul Rahman al-Bizri contacted Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Saturday, with discussions touching on the political, security, and social conditions prevailing in Lebanon.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the call addressed the situation in Sidon and the national role the city and its community are playing in hosting thousands of families displaced by Israeli attacks on their areas.

Prime Minister Salam commended the efforts of Sidon and its residents, praising "the spirit of solidarity and responsibility the city is demonstrating in these difficult circumstances."
