10- Categorically reject the plans of Israel, the occupying power, for the day after the Israeli aggression, as well as its control over any part of the Gaza Strip. The Ministers demanded Israel’s full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, including the Salah al-Din axis and the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing, considering that the Palestinian-Egyptian borders are sovereign and untouchable borders, and stressed the necessity of operating the Rafah crossing in accordance with established rules and lifting all obstacles to safe, adequate and rapid humanitarian access through the crossing.
11. Reject the allegations and lies made by the head of the occupation government in a desperate attempt to justify his refusal to withdraw from the Salah al-Din axis ‘Philadelphia’, considering them as allegations aimed at obstructing the ceasefire efforts and the exchange of prisoners and hostages carried out by Egypt, Qatar and the United States of America, and that these allegations are attempts to distract attention fro
m the violations and aggressive and inflammatory policies adopted by Israel against the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
12- Strong condemnation of the aggressive Israeli measures targeting Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, including undermining the freedom of worship in the mosque, preventing worshipers from entering it, its desecration, incursion, desecration, and destruction of its contents by Israeli settlers and their holding Talmudic rituals therein, and attempts to change the existing historical and legal status quo in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and divide it temporally and spatially.
13- Supporting all efforts undertaken by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to protect Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied city of Jerusalem, affirming the role of the Hashemite Custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem and its role in protecting its Arab, Islamic and Christian identity, and its role in
maintaining the existing historical and legal status quo in Jerusalem and its holy sites, affirming that the Jordanian Department of Jerusalem Waqf and Al-Aqsa Mosque Affairs is the exclusive legal entity with jurisdiction to manage, maintain and regulate access to the affairs of the Holy Mosque, and affirming the role of the Jerusalem Committee and the Jerusalem Bait Mal Agency, which are the only legitimate bodies with jurisdiction to manage the affairs of the Holy Mosque and its maintenance.
